Rarely do I find a TV series where I love all of the characters. For years I could not watch a show with Mark Harmon in it due to the fact he played Ted Bundy which really bothered me. But I am now one of his biggest fans. Everyone on the show is great. I like all of them and can not imagine not being able to see them. They have truly been an excellent reminder of what is good in the world. Keep up the good work. Was this review helpful? I had lots of fun watching as many of the earlier shows on line as I could. I found it refreshing. While occasionally I thought some of the humor over the top, I would rather have it the way it is than lose the characters. I have noticed many of the crime/action shows are killing characters off this season one way or another. While introducing other characters may be stimulating, care must be taken not to disenfranchise loyal viewers. I do hope the transferred characters will continue to be in some of the plots and that this will expand the story base this coming season. To throw so many out at once will only alienate a viewer base that has been steadily built over the past several seasons. I remember thinking, well, at least they are keeping a couple of them, then realized it was like picking through wreckage and finding a few favorite items. If the team is gone my reason for watching may be gone. I perceive more dissent this next season and more infighting; I think one or two if not all, of the characters will return in some capacity. To totally take them away would be to diminish the difference that makes NCIS the entertaining action/mystery series that it currently is. Was this review helpful? Every episode includes all kinds of emotions. From intrugue to comedy. It's very entertaining. I just hope they don't try to mess with a good thing. The ending to this seasons shows was at least not what I would have expected. And I hope it doesn't materialize. Getting rid of basically 3 of 4 characters is not a good thing. I hope in the fall that "Gibbs" shoves those three folders up the new directors butt. Keep the other three or you may lose me and my wife as viewers. Gibbs team is as good as it gets. I really hope that what appears to be wiping out three of the main characters is just part of the season finale. I am trying to convince myself that the "new team" is just a ploy to "throw off" the bad guys. I love watching Mark Harmon, but you know when you mess with the chemistry in a show it usually doesn't work. I look forward to the new season opener, but will really be disappointed if Tony, Ziva and Mcgee really are leaving. Was this review helpful? Don't fool with a good thing. The show and the characters are excellent. That is why it has crept up on the charts and is now in now in the top ten. Leave the show aline, please. The chemistry between the "team" makes the show. Mark Harmon is great but cannot carry the whole storyline. Big mistake changing that many characters at once. What is this?! Another CSI wannabe? My wife and I really love the way all the characters relate to one another but in such chaotic disorder. The writers seem to write the script to order for each of the team members. I think, in a way, it reflects our own lives as a family. The NCIS team IS a family of sort. We experience great trauma if or when one of the team dies or leaves. Three cheers for NCIS!!
