Computer-geek Chloe looks and acts exactly like a stubborn terrier that sinks its little teeth in and won't let go. Lacking any social skills, she never censors her staggeringly tactless truth-telling, clueless that she's as flat-footed as a robot when it comes to empathy. (Loved it when in the midst of a crisis, her CTU superior snapped, "I don't have time for your personality disorder right now!") As of last season, this authentically irritating creature grew out of her perpetual sulk to become almost human, loyally covering for Jack Bauer, machine-gunning a bad guy and even showing some subtle love for fellow nerd Edgar.
