Sign In 1 out of 2 users found this helpful  What happened to Jackie?Posted: 5/14/2008A review of Work Out by rob_diggy1 Well let me start this review by saying I like many of you have stopped watching "Work Out", because of her breast cancer fiasco! I was a huge fan of Jackie the first season, last season I would have rather had the show not be about her, and this season she did enough to stop others and me from viewing. The show was great with a cast of gay & lesbian trainers serving as mentors and role models for an entire population that is not often portrayed in a positive light often times.
It WAS a reality show based on the life of a very successful and likable Jackie Warner. You watched her struggle and prevail in countless situations ranging from relationships with her mother and girlfriends. She had a cast of very amusing and entertain group of trainers to spice up the show. However, in the second season she became very unlikable, and un-professional in all aspects of life. In the third season she was so un-likable you begin to gravitate to the group miss-fit Wheeler. Not very likable as well this demonstrates how fast she fell from grace. In the last episode I viewed she & her new admin assistant (extremely unlikable) began to insult a client behind her back about her fake boobs. Little did they know the boyfriend of the client was close by and let them know she was a breast cancer survivor. They apologized, but a little late if you ask me. A gym when you are the owner should be a sacred place were people talking behind your back about you should not include the staff!
Anyhow, when approached by a rightful anger Wheeler (the trainer of the victim) she refused to discuss her disgusting behavior and then fired him! Sound like a show you wanna watch. That is only one of a number of insulting disturbing acts of this woman. Think Michael Scott form the office, only a once role model for the gay & lesbian community.
