A person (man or woman) comes to your business with a camera person to film what you are doing and saying and YOU don't know it is about Undercover Boss after being on TV for 3 years. ??? I don't think I would want someone that "dumb" working for me.

I apoligize to everyone that thinks this show is helpful and making a difference. Yes, the workers have truly inspiring stories, maybe too inspiring, really, I think they pick these people out, however, the impact lasts all of week or maybe two in real lives. Have you read the titles at the end, they say vacations (really, an experience, but a lasting affect?), bonuses (a minor affect), maybe 5000 dollars. In today's society that will not last long for a family, which most of the receipients have. Has this show really impacted real life. Think about it. It only inspires us until we snap back to reality. But in all, this is a joyful watch. Good show.

Totally Inspiring

I love this program for all the obvious reasons! It is positive and inspiring on every level. I'm not much of a fan of reallity television, but this one is really unique. Please give us more of this worthwhile television to watch!

Great shows!!! My friends and I can't wait for next show. Hope this series will continue. All of the bosses so far have commented on how much they have learned from the experience of seeing what really goes on in the working areas of their companies. Maybe more bosses should tkae the leap and do likewise, whether cameras are rolling or not. Everybody will win.

Undercover Boss - Best Reality Show EverPosted: 2/8/2010A review of Undercover Boss by LuvTV395
This show is so good!! I laughed and cried. What a great experience to be able to go to the inner workings of a big Corporation and see how the workers do their jobs, and overcome personal adversities.
Bravo for management to listen to, work among, and help workers on all levels. All done under-cover with lots of surprises.
Keep up the good work and you'll have a fan forever!! Can't wait for the next one!!
