However I feel they need a replacement for Robin's character. Her character is flat. They need some heat between Simon and his boss. Robin is just not quite right. Was this review helpful? I record is on my DVR, so I can zip through the commercials and get on with the story... Sometimes I'm on the edge of my seat trying to figure out "the who dun it" :) ahead of time; if I'm right, I'm rather proud of myself. But most times I get shocked or confused because the plot takes a total twist and goes off in a different direction-- then I'm off kilter. I can't wait to see what next season brings!!! This is where I rate also. No cursing, clean comedy, suspense and intrigue. This show should stay around for future seasons if you can keep the cast and writer/directors together. It uses comedy, tragedy, friendships & working relationships to the best extent. I like how sexy, sexy Patrick is, but is so unobtrusive about it. He is just plain cute. I really like all the costars. I like how they dress and act so professionally and aren't strutting around trying to look oh so sexy. They are just all wonderful and the way they should be. The writers, producers and directors need a really big pat on the back for a super job with this show as well. Everyone loves it!!! It is most definitely my favorite show on the air. It's wonderful...I love Simon Baker. I think that we are due for a crime drama that has humor. And I don't know about anyone else, but I think the writers have come up with a formula for a great series. It has humor, suspense, subtle sexiness (if you can even call Simon Baker's sexxiness subtle) and content. My only hope is that it doesn't get cancelled!! It seems as though every time I try a new series, it gets cancelled after the first season. I hope this one sticks around for awhile. Was this review helpful?
