Are you kidding me! the President of the US should be above going on Late night tv every chance he gets. He should show dignity and respect for his office. He relies on people who have no idea what it is to be affected my this economy(fakewood). He and his wife have treated their positions as a personal entitlement.

Dave may not touch little girls physically, but his remarks make him a child molestor in modern time. He imposed suggestive thoughts to those with perverse thoughts to make it feel okay to be aggressive and powering over kids, whether your under 18 or over, your a kid for awhile and also women in general. Dave is old enough, for god sakes he is old and needs to be relieved of his duties. Take the filth off regular programming and if you want to watch it pay for it as you do with Playboy or others. Because that is what Dave's show has become. Look at how he stares at his female guests. It' weird.

Never was funny. Now he's really hit the skids. I hold him in the same esteem I have Bobby Knight ever since he made the remark telling women they should enjoy being raped since it was inevitable. Not just poor taste, not just bad manners, just ill bred. It seems the less talent they have the more they rely on shock value.

Finally the bulldog sara realizes that you have a right to make fun of her and her family. Being the opertunistic Bitc_ that she is she made a mountian out of a mole hill getting her right wing christian @#$%'s yelling and screaming she uses hate and lies just as AL Quida does.She/ they are worse proffesing to be a patriot but spewing hate and racisim. Mr. lettereman your jokes may not be funny or in bad taste BUT they are Jokes made by a entertainer not by an elected official who has not told the truth ever.

The distasteful remark about the Palin daughter was NOT A JOKE -- no matter which daughter he was referring to. Alex Rodriguez should sue Letterman for defamation! It might help Letterman's show if he really did tell JOKES rather than insult people and tell stupid stories!

An apology to Sarah and her daughters was a good thing, but what about A-Rod? Here he was accused by Mr. Letterman of ,quote, Knocking up the daughter. What about his reputation? Is he not a victim as well in this tasteless joke? No mention of him in this apology. Does he not deserve one as well? I think so.

David Letterman absolutely ($@&s!!! If he thinks that telling jokes about young girls or women getting raped is funny he is simply a filthy, sick, old man! I find it hard to believe that anyone thinks that he is funny and I find it even harder to believe that he still has a job!!! Why would network television have someone working for them that tells filthy jokes that are so-called humorous!! Absolutely disgusting!!

David Letterman is a jerk. He has always tried to be a jerk. He is VERY good at it! His humor is insulting and definately related to New York City. Come on Dave, pull your humor up from the lowest common denominator. Your show is billed as humor for the "Inteligent" or something like that. You remind me of a guy who made others laugh by being insulting and that became your shtick. Now you are lost without it. What can you do besides being a jerk?? Jay Leno was in the same profession, yet he does other things. Maybe thats why Leno is not a jerk!
