How many people do you know that will take time out of their busy schedule, take time from his family and his business to go and help other people bring their business back to life.
He is so down to earth and honest. Granted some of the owners don't want to hear the truth, but they should really think about that before they ask him to help them. This is my favorite of his shows, and I watch them all!! I love this show because I think it shows how no matter how successful we are, we should still take the time to help others.

Honestly, I only watch as long as he is not ranting like a crazed sociopath! Which unfortunately means I do not get to see very much of the show. Are there any possibilities of getting a sane chef and having competitions based on actual talent rather than contestants fearing for their own souls. talk about must see tv. i don't even think about how much is 'bleeped' out. it doesn't even matter. that's just who he is, and he's quite brilliant.
