Characters are unusual, tender and tough, the drama is real and raw. The viewer or stakeholder makes a wise investment of time and emotion in following this show from week to week. I wish so many times it was a year round adventure; i like inviting these folks into my home and watching them struggle change and grow.
There is nothing i don't like about this show. Albuquerque is like a pastel dream or nightmare, depending upon the storyline. The mountains, people, plots and are not a pastiche of the Miami pale pastel and lurid violence crime dramas , but rather have the depth and character of O'Keefe's vibrant art with the quirky red rock mesa flavor meanderings of Indian country and the still Wild West.I recommend this show to anybody who enjoys beautiful work. It is one of my favorite shows.
Hopefully new episodes will be back on the air soon. Was this review helpful? The writers created fun, serious shows that are enjoyable. The viewer is not bogged down by so much heavy drama. I look forward to the continuing story of Mary and Marshall and all the others characters in the cast. Was this review helpful? The interwoven connection between Mary, her family and her job are a true to life juggeling of all aspects of our lives. She is imperfect - as is everyone on the show - which makes them human and likeable.
WE NEED MORE EPISODES!!!! Was this review helpful? Mary and Marshall play beautifully off of each other and seem to have a great relationship. I like Mary's vulnerability and independence, the writers seem to have struck a very good balance in her character. The plot twists and turns are wonderful. I like this show and hope it gets picked up for more seasons. Was this review helpful? I am not sure why, but for some reason it brought back memories of watching Simon & Simon. Maybe it was some of the music.
The balance of comedy and drama is just right. Was this review helpful? Put them in witness protection in some other city. Was this review helpful? Sign In 1-8 of 8 Per Page |
