Really? I mean, REALLY?? Which one of the writers has the massively overblown persecution complex? Two numbers in the school with the students looking on like the Glee club was stomping on kittens, slushies, destroyed pianos. And this is what they do to a group that went all the way to Nationals. Gee, what would they have done if they won - hang them up by their thumbs in the gym? By the end of the episode, my son and I were wondering why we watch the show in the first place. Oh, yeah, we love the music. Hmm... maybe just can the awful plot lines (and the writers) and just have great musical numbers. That would rock! My son just graduated from high school, which he hated, but even he was shaking his head at what was going on. We will continue to watch (because we love the music and we can't wait for Damian to appear) with hopes of improvement. Maybe tonight's episode will be better. 5 stars to the music and 1 star to the persecution complex

I can overlook the obvious,but the actions of Sue are not even close to believable....ethnic slurs, rough language, physical abuse of students...she would be fired in an instant and thus is not a believable character in the show. I liked her better when she was a teacher but devious in methods. This over the top writing in the script does not help the show. Season first show was lame and I hope it gets better

BEST SHOW IN PAST 10 YEARS! No holds-barred here. They tell or sing it like it is! Everyone could learn a lot of valuable lessons. I gives me hope for the 20 something age group. Thank You

This show is so great, I just love all the characters forever. Please don't cancel this show, it really makes Tuesday night a wonderful night. Music is important and I believe this show proves how much music means to the world. Glee forever!!!

This is just a fun diversion, with excellent performances. I am a senior citizen and still love tuning in to follow this program. Keep it coming!

I am completely in love with this show! The characters, the writing and most importantly...THE SINGING!!! It has been a long time since I have fallen so totaly in love with a new network show but this one hooked me right from the pilot when it aired in May, I have been eargerly waiting all summer for the season to start. I was not disappointed!!!

As a fan of REALLY GOOD TV, this show has proven to be not only one of the brightest and freshest in a long time, it makes you get up and root for the geek inside all of us! The storyline is strong, the entertainment so worthy, that the entire cast deserve 2 thumbs way up. This is one show I hope will be on the air for a very very long time.

It is clear to me that this production has been blessed. The writing, directing and musical production needed to be top notch for this series to survive past the pilot, and it is. But it's the the cast and their prodigious talent that makes the show really sparkle Anyone with a positive memory of their high school music department will surely appreciate the good (and bad) rehearsal depictions. EVERYONE, regardless of past musical involvement, will appreciate the polished productions of the featured musical performances. The stories of life between the musical numbers couldn't be more entertaining. If this series isn't a huge hit it could only be sad reflection on the taste of television viewers. Let's hope for a long ride along with these talented students and teachers (read,"actors and singers").
