It was so awesome I could'nt get enough I thought Adam should of won but Kris was good too but I just thought Adam had more of a range in his notes but thats ok we will see alot of Adam in the near future... Captivating in every way and draws the spectator in a way that no other show does. It is analogous to the miracle of birth. Frankly it could go either way Chris with his soft mild easy to listen to voice and insturment playing ability or Adam bigger then life rock and roll voice with an abodant stage presence and showmanship. In my opinion you clearly have two very different approaches to one Idol winner. This has been the best season finish in Idol history. The truth being there will not be a loser tonight. Many rich people do not care what we the majority may think, as long as he gets his kick's. Adam has by far NOT been the best, not vocally. Adam has theatrics, and that's fine. He seems to need flashing lights, shadows, a fashion show, some weak personallity(pretentiousness and stage sale hype[weak]), and special-farvortism-camera-angles to hide under, or to cover-up with. He has range, but it's that same screechie-castrati tone, that same FLAT-TONE. Always the same. If anyone was scared away by Danny's scream, then Adam's scream'S are to bring Doomsday. THE REAL DEAL ADAM SHOWED UP. WHEN? WHERE? His recent topthree homecoming in San Diego. Adam stank! Period. This was his real chance, infront of his fans, in the outdoors, unrestrained. He was horrible. AND, again, not using stage hype on topthree tuesday, HE REALLY STANK. HE WAS HORRIBLE. It seem's he does need superficialness for support. And the "judges"-LOL!, thought him still great. What an abomination, how dishonest, how dishonorable, how irresponsible, AND HOW UNFAIR TO THE OTHER IDOLS...SO, VOTE FOR KRIS, AS ALL ADAM FANS HAVE BASHED DANNY, KRIS, ALLISON, MATT, ANOOP, SCOTT, LIL, MEGAN...Adam is the biased reason why everyone else has gone [unfairly] home. She is why the show runs over so much of the time because she really has nothing that anyone wants hear. Note she is a Grammy nominated person, not a Grammy winner! Simon's comments can be very hateful (unnessary) Randy needs to talk like a man not a teenager. The ladies talk to much and can be very very annoying, they need to cut it short. I will not be watching it anymore, it is not the same. The ones that can sing get voted off and the ones that should be voted off remain. This happens on all Idol shows. The viewers vote sometimes according to the judges comments. NOT ME like I said I will not be watching the show anymore Was this review helpful? Look at Taylor Hicks, nice person but no talent. If a person would pay to vote then they would pay for the music. Give ALL proceeds to help our own country in need ! Was this review helpful? Alison has a really strong voice but isn't ready for prime time. If Adam wins I'll stop watching Idol for good. What kind of album would he make that people would buy?
I think American Idol is out of touch and getting more so. Look how many winners flop after the show ends. After all they go through in the selection process and voting every winner of Idol should be someone who makes it. The fact that they don't tells you Idol doesn't get it. What do you think? Sign In 0 out of 1 users found this helpful Four Judge Format Ruins Show -Posted: 4/23/2009A review of American Idol by Idol-Fan-No-More-2009 I've been a fan since the show's inception: American Idol defines what a reality TV show. Who can dispute that the performances -- for better or worse -- are real? Or that the show creates a (inter)national stage where tremendously talented people can share their gift with America?
Despite the fact that the reality, performance based foundation remains the same, the four judge format has ruined the chemistry. My reaction borders on the ineffable; I just know the connection with the show is gone. If I had to attempt an answer, it’s not due to a lost interest in seeing incredibly talented people competing for their “moment in time” but the arrival of an annoying personality that reminds me of Janice Dickinson.
I guess all good things ends – it’s unfortunate in an effort to evolve, they selected to do that by focusing on the wrong side of the stage in terms of what makes American Idol real. Please send him and his hat home. I had grown to appreciate Anoop's vocal ranges and he should have been given the extra time over Matt. Also, no one can even come near to Adam who is just wonderful. I stopped watching for a few years cause it was getting boring. But this year with all the new rules, new judge it is rocking!!!!!!!!!
