in the Season 2 premiere. Armstrong, who had died just weeks before the season
was scheduled to kick off, was understandably on all the housewives' minds ... more in
the opener, as all the ladies gathered together to mourn his loss, share their
thoughts about the loss and to demonstrate some uncommon unity and support for
one other. Russell's death caused Bravo to re-edit the season's initial episode:
He does not appear in any scenes, and Bravo used the opportunity to air
numerous PSA about suicide prevention.
