Candace is scared to death to learn how to drive, so Phineas and Ferb decide to help her overcome her fears by creating the safest and most Candace-proof vehicle for her to practice in -- a monster truck. If she can drive that, she can drive ... moreanything. But suddenly Candace's "practice run" through the backyard turns into a massive monster truck rally. Meanwhile Doof is trying to find investors for his own lines of monster trucks that are actual monsters, on "Phineas and Ferb."
