To compile our list of the best and worst shows of 2011, we asked a group of
MSN TV writers to rank their 10 favorite shows of the year alongside some of the
programs they, um, didn't quite enjoy as much. The resulting 15 shows make up
the list you are ... moreabout to read -- a mix of the dramatic, the gory and the
downright overexposed (sorry, Kardashians ... wait, we're not). Six shows
made our Best list for the first time (four of them in their inaugural season),
while "Mad
Men" fell off the list due to a lack of new episodes during the past
