Despite his intellectual shortcomings (and they are legion), Charlie regularly engineers complicated schemes and investment opportunities, though he has yet to impress The Waitress, the object of his unrequited affection and disorganized stalking. He's also a skilled tailor and master of musical theater, and we love him whether he's dressed up as Green Man or one of his other favorites: a Vietnam vet, Serpico or a Southern oil baron. Close
