Emily Osment: She's a terrible singer! It's really fun to sing badly. I love it. It's ironic: I'm trying to put out an album and meanwhile my character can't sing.

The main thing is I am DONE with the sweatband! I hate wearing that thing.

What is the best piece of advice you've received?

Just because you live in Hollywood doesn't mean you should get tied into everything that goes with it. I see this as a job. I see it as perfecting my acting career, my art ... it's the way I express myself. But it's a job. I am here 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day. But you have to separate yourself from all of the free stuff and the cool parties. It's not about that for me.
