Phifer went out with a bang, sadly, when an ambulance exploded on the Season 14
finale. Phifer, meanwhile, had established the production company Facilitator
Films, in
... more 2007, and he's slated to produce and star in "Hunter's Moon" by James
L. White (screenwriter for the award-winning film "Ray"). Most recently, Phifer, a competitive poker player who won
the 2004 Celebrity Showdown Poker Championship, was invited to play in the World
Poker Tournament Invitational in early March, with proceeds going to Vine Group
USA, a charity Phifer's been involved with that provides educational support to
organizations in Africa.
