Michael Michele - Dr. Cleo Finch

Appearing as the tough but tender Dr. Finch, Michele infused the ER with a much-needed dose of sexuality. Whether she was being professional, or personal, Michele always smoldered onscreen, especially when she had scenes with the distant and ... moredistracted Dr. Peter Benton. Leaving after three seasons at the end of Season 8, Michele went on to appear on the final season of NBC's "Homicide: Life on the Street," and was seen in episodes of "Law & Order: SVU" and "House." She moved on to the big screen, as Veronica Porsche in "Ali" and was also cast opposite her "ER" love, Eriq La Salle, in the recent Hallmark Channel original movie "Relative Stranger."
