Noah Wyle - Dr. John Carter

As John Carter, a character with serious longevity (11 seasons!) in the ER, Wyle went from a young med student who had a lot to learn about medicine and life to a world-weary physician who had seen horrors in Africa that made County look like ... moreDisneyland. Since Carter's ride into the African sunset with his lovely wife, and before his reappearance this season as a doctor who becomes a patient, Wyle has been involved in TNT's "The Librarian" trilogy, the latest of which aired in 2008. He also appeared in the films "Nothing But the Truth" and "An American Affair."
