The latest cover of Star may hint at major trouble for Nicole Richie and Joel Madden (the tab's subtle
headline: "Joel Cheating on Pregnant Nicole?"), but the Good Charlotte front man appears to be bubbling over with
domestic bliss.

In a radio interview Tuesday with Ryan Seacrest, Madden affirmed recent engagement
rumors by revealing that an aisle-walk is indeed on their to-do list, although
he admits the particulars are still up in the air.
"Obviously, marriage is in our future," he said (via People). "I don't know
when or where or how, but right now our priority is our family and ... the
baby."
Madden, 28, who has been dating the rickety-turned-refreshingly robust
starlet, 25, for less than a year, adds that he's eagerly awaiting the
ankle-biter's arrival.
"I'm excited," he enthuses. "We are all really excited about it. It's the
best thing that has ever happened to us. It's awesome."
He gushes that the impending bundle of joy is "all we've been thinking about.
We are in love and are really happy."
According to Madden, the baby has already started to kick, which may have
prompted his recent buying spree at that most sensible of stores: "I already
went to Target and got a stroller and a playpen."
But Richie apparently isn't feeling his thriftiness when it comes to their
tot's wheels. According to E! Online, she has her eye on an $899 Bugaboo
stroller.

Perhaps someone will give it to her as a gift. Paris Hilton, who recently proclaimed Christina Aguilera the "most beautiful pregnant woman in the
world," tells E! she's already planning a blowout bash for Richie, her
sometime BFF and fellow jailbird.
"Yes, I'm going to throw her a baby shower," she says. "I'm already working
on it! It's going to be great."
(Anyone else have the feeling male strippers may somehow be involved? Must be
us. Moving on ...)
For now, Richie, who is believed to be about five months along, and
Madden are staying neutral on their color choices because they've yet to
find out what they're having.
"No, we are waiting," he says. "We don't even know. So right now it's an
'it.' Which sounds wrong. We call it 'the baby.' When we talk to it, it's a
'you.'"
Meanwhile, are the aforementioned Aguilera and her hubby, Jordan Bratman,
referring to their still unconfirmed nipper as a "he"?
That's the word from OK!, which has flipped the coin in the 50-50 game of
chance that is the celebrity offspring gender game.
The mag says friends of the rapidly swelling chanteuse are being very
particular in their gift selections.
"They're all boy-themed," blabs a mole, "all blue."
