Quickies: Pam Dances in Buff for Hef's B-Day

Over the course of his long, happy life, Hugh Hefner has seen more skin than a boatload of dermatologists, but that doesn't mean he's had his fill of flesh. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the Playboy legend was treated to a surprise dance from a butt nekkid Pamela Anderson Saturday night in honor of his 82nd birthday. Seems that when Hef arrived at his deluxe Sky Villa suite at the Palms Hotel, the veteran bombshell, who's appeared on the cover of Playboy a record dozen times, emerged from a bedroom in all her hypermammiferous glory, kitted out in nothing but high heels. "He was stunned," Palms mogul George Maloof tells the paper. "He had the biggest smile I've ever seen."

Mariah Carey filming a sketch for the Friday Night Project at Paper, London, April 3, 2008.

Mariah Carey recently acknowledged to PARADE Magazine, "I guess I am a diva in many ways. When it comes to certain things, yes, I can be difficult and a little bit rigid about what I want. Am I demanding? I don't think I'm demanding enough." Her hairstylist, however, might beg to differ. The New York Daily News reports the high-maintenance chanteuse was unhappy with her mane during her recent performance on the season premiere of "The Hills." She purportedly picked apart her tresses for hours as she watched video of her appearance and began "screaming" at the coif wrangler responsible for the follicular horror. "She found something new every time she watched the tape over again," a spy tells the paper. "Her stylist almost cried." Meanwhile, during Carey's recent promotional stopover in London, she apparently needed just the right sumptuous circumstances to sign her John Hancock. The London Daily Mail claims that for an autograph session at Selfridges department store, she "demanded" that a $100,000 antique table be delivered from New York and covered with silk.

With her due date rapidly approaching, Nicole Kidman has become serious about nesting. The Los Angeles Times reports the Oscar winner and husband Keith Urban, who are expecting their bundle of joy this summer, have ponied up around $7 million for a contemporary-style view home in Los Angeles. The 5,600-square-foot pad in the tony Brentwood section has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and plenty of privacy (it's located at the end of a cul-de-sac), along with koi ponds and "rolling lawns." No word on whether it's close to Kidman's BFF Naomi Watts, which was rumored to be high on her list of wants, but it does give her a home base near kids Bella, 15, and Connor, 13, who live close by with dad Tom Cruise.

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker have received a massive mea culpa from a photo agency that accused the basketball star of having a wandering eye -- at his own wedding. In a statement posted on its website, X17.com unreservedly apologizes for accusing Parker of stepping out with a French woman whose background was later found to be filled with falsehoods. The San Antonio Spurs player filed a $40 million lawsuit against the agency over the "false and defamatory" allegations. "In December 2007, X17online.com published over 10 articles concerning Tony Parker and a woman named Alexandra Paressant," the contrite company said. "Various of the articles asserted that, after Mr. Parker was introduced to Ms. Paressant by Thierry Henry at [his] wedding to Eva Longoria, Mr. Parker engaged in sexual relations with Ms. Paressant. Since the publication of these articles, X17online.com and X17 Inc. have discovered that Mr. Parker has never met with, or spoken to Ms. Paressant nor has he ever had sexual relations with her. X17online.com and X17 Inc. regret having been misled by Ms. Paressant and her representatives and apologize to Mr. Parker for any damage or inconvenience this may have caused him or his wife." Tony and Eva were vocal in defending their union against the claims, with the b-baller gushing, "I love my wife. She's the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier." Chimed in Longoria, "Tony has been nothing short of the perfect husband."
