Is Nicole Richie and Joel Madden's baby girl already bringing home more than enough to cover the cost of Huggies? The New York Daily News reports People shelled out more than a million bucks for the first pics of 6-week-old Harlow (still, that's chump change compared with the rumored $4 million to $6 million Jennifer Lopez's twins stand to earn with their unveiling). "It's almost like I don't even remember what life was like before her. She gives life a whole new meaning and a whole new purpose," Nicole kvells to the mag, which features her posing with her adorable ankle-biter on this week's cover. The already slim-line starlet also reveals how careful she's being with her diet because of Harlow's delicate digestive system. "There's just so much I can't eat because she's sensitive," she explains. "I eat really bland [food] -- chicken noodle soup, vegetables, fish. I had to cut out milk, no tomatoes, no lettuce. You think you have to cut everything out when you're pregnant, but you really have to cut everything out when you're breast-feeding." As for the delivery, Nicole admits she has no idea how long she was in labor, but, "I pushed for 10 minutes." Adds Madden, "She came out and she was crying. The doctor goes, 'Well, it looks like you got a little girl!'"

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen want your coffee table to be covered with more than just tales of their insulated world, which People recently dubbed "strange" and Star calls "weird." The twins are releasing a highbrow tome titled "Influence," which will be filled with "the most interesting, challenging, creative people we know -- the ones who helped pave the way for us and our generation," Ashley explains in a statement. Adds Mary-Kate, "Ashley and I interviewed the people who have inspired us, with the hope that they will inspire and teach others." The cooler-than-thou collection will include chats with the fashionable likes of Christian Louboutin, Lauren Hutton and photographer Terry Richardson, along with never-before-seen snaps of the hobo-chic if tabloid-magnet siblings. It's due to hit shelves in the fall.

Livin' la vida Lohan: Dina, Lindsay and Ali

Even if Lindsay Lohan manages to pull a Drew Barrymore and get her personal and professional life back on track, there may be plenty more family dysfunction to come. "I grew up watching Lindsay, and it made me want to do what she does," her 14-year-old sister Ali gushes to Teen Vogue. "Just the whole vibe. Being there, being on camera, or onstage, with everybody listening to you ... it's so cool when people look up to you. I've already been asked for my autograph, and it's just a really good feeling to have." Just how scarily desperate is Ali to follow (with a hard shove from mom-ager Dina Lohan) in the famous if wobbly footsteps of her thrice-rehabbed big sis? "I want it so bad," she confesses. "So bad you don't even know. And now, it's actually happening."

Brittany Murphy is being accused of channeling her inner child on the Los Angeles set of her new movie, "Across the Hall." "She's extremely difficult. When she gets to the set, it comes to a grinding halt," a snitch complains to the New York Post. "She's so hot and cold, you never know." The teeny if titanic-lipped actress is also said to be in constant need of comfort food, purportedly requesting diagonally sliced peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with the crusts cut off. "She needs one every hour," claims a crew member. "It's painstaking -- her assistant takes about a half an hour making each one." And you thought your job sucked. The paper also believes Brittany's barrel-chested hubby Simon Monjack is being a buttinsky on the set, prompting producers to meet "to discuss how to deal with him."

Scarlett and Natalie at the Berlin premiere of "The Other Boleyn Girl"

"Seriously, I would want to grab them. She's got beautiful ones ..." That's Natalie Portman, talking to the Times of London about the bountiful breasts of her "Other Boleyn Girl" co-star Scarlett Johansson -- and how it was "not so appropriate" when designer Isaac Mizrahi copped a feel on the Golden Globes red carpet a couple years back.
