Are we the only ones confused by Miley Cyrus' seemingly devil-and-angel relationship with model-cum-wannabe singer Justin Gaston? One minute the 15-year-old Disney powerhouse is said to be suggestively waggling her tongue at her 20-year-old rumored boyfriend as he struts down the runway at a fashion show, and the next he's attending church with her family. Gaston, as he's done before, hit a Sunday morning prayer session in Los Angeles with several members of the Cyrus clan, only this time the starlet was a no-show (she was reportedly feeling a bit under the weather). Perhaps she was just wiped out from the photo shoot she posed for in Malibu the day before, or maybe Miley and Justin are taking a PR-suggested breather after the New York Post questioned her behavior as her age-inappropriate beau took his turn on the catwalk for the Christian Audigier show last Wednesday during Los Angeles Fashion Week. The paper claims she "licked her lips seductively as he passed her," although given that her mom, Leticia, was seated next to her, the licking was likely more tongue-in-cheek than alluring. The pair was also supposedly "all over each other backstage," with a source purporting to have heard Cyrus making plans to stay at Gaston's place that night. No way, dismisses Miley's rep, insisting to the paper, "Miley had a great time at the show, but the whole sleeping-over thing never happened. Miley went home with her mom and manager. Leticia is very strict with her."

Bad news, people. Jessica Simpson really meant it when she said earlier this month that she has no intention of keeping her schmoopy feelings for boyfriend Tony Romo to herself. People reports the Dallas Cowboys quarterback was her favorite topic of onstage banter as she performed in town Friday night at the State Fair of Texas. "Obviously, I love Dallas because I grew up here and this is my home -- you guys are my family -- but I did find an amazing boyfriend here in Dallas!" the countrified starlet bubbled as the crowd cheered (don't encourage her, people!). She went on to call Romo, who was smiling as he stood near the sound board, "the calm of the storm in my life ... Whatever I go through, I know I can depend on him to relax and bring me faith again." For his part, the broken pinky-sporting NFL-er was not only spied singing along to a few ditties, but when Jessica belted out a particularly "powerful note" during "Do You Know," he "clapped in awe." No, really. The Tony shout-outs hit a crescendo as Simpson introduced "My Sunday," throwing proper grammar to the wind as she pointed out, "This is a song I wrote about a certain someone who throws that football really good."

Renée Zellweger's dinner with a very eligible bachelor has led to competing chatter on the state of her love life. The slimline, long-unattached Oscar winner broke bread with Uma Thurman's handsome hotelier ex Andre Balazs on Oct. 4 in New York, sparking rumors of a romance. "Andre couldn't get enough of Renée," a source breathlessly tells the National Enquirer. "He was rubbing her legs and arms, and holding her hands -- and Renée loved every minute of it." But that's apparently news to a Zellweger pal, who pooh-poohs to People, "They aren't each other's type, and they're pretty verbal about that!" Her rep chimes in for good measure, "Renée is single and not dating anyone."

One month after Paul McCartney made an openly affectionate appearance with girlfriend Nancy Shevell at a London art exhibition, there's talk the two are ready to take another big step forward in their yearlong romance. The London Sun claims the music legend, whose soul-squishing divorce from Heather Mills was finalized in March, has asked his moneybags American squeeze to move into his country home in East Sussex. "Paul and Nancy are as solid a couple as you can get after just a short time together," a mole tells the paper. "She always seemed to be at [the estate] anyway so it made sense to him just to ask her to move in. She'll still travel between here and America but is setting up home with Paul." The snitch adds that Sir Paul first got the approval of 4-year-old daughter Beatrice, who supposedly gave him the thumbs-up when he asked if she liked Shevell.

Has Ed Westwick's caught-on-camera saliva-swap with Drew Barrymore given him delusions of grandeur when it comes to his Casanova skills? The New York Daily News says the "Gossip Girl" star recently had a very Chuck Bass moment at a Manhattan shindig, when he pitched so much woo to a "leggy brunette" that she wheeled around and yelled, "All right -- enough out of you!" A "stunned" Westwick allegedly turned tail and beat a hasty retreat.
