Susan Farrell is near death, and paramedics begin to suspect that she may be one of the unfortunate 50% of Promicin users who suffer a fatal reaction to the drug. But while Danny is absolutely positive that Susan didn't take the shot, his situation grows complicated when he arrives at the hospital and everyone around him begins to die.
