Ryan is kidnapped by henchmen working for Russian mob boss Ivan Sarnoff, but he's soon released and ordered to cover up evidence of a robbery-homicide connected to the mob. If he refuses, they will kill a boy they have taken hostage. The boy is the son of Ryan's former Gamblers Anonymous sponsor, who helped put Sarnoff in jail. ~ Tim Holland, All Movie Guide
