Betty Blue: America Ferrera could be forgiven for not expending much effort when getting dolled up for the red carpet. After all, the bar is set so darn low that as long as she arrives without glasses, a mouthful of metal or any polyester-crammed clothing, she'll earn the requisite, "She's no ugly Betty" commentary from the media. But like her ambitious alter ego, the actress doesn't do anything by halves. Ferrera, who earned Best Actress in a Comedy honors at the Emmys, steps out in a becoming, bright blue belted Monique Lhullier strapless gown that gathers and grabs from top to bottom, giving her already voluptuous shape a little extra va-va-va-voominess.
