The actor died in Canada last weekend after taking a lethal combination of heroin and alcohol, and he was remembered by castmate Overstreet during his show at the Roxy Theatre.

Overstreet dedicated a song to Monteith during the set, which marked his first solo gig with a live band, and he was supported by his "Glee" castmates Kevin McHale, Dianna Agron and Jenna Ushkowitz, who were all in the audience.

After the show, Overstreet told E! News, "He was the greatest dude you'd ever met. Never met anyone who said anything bad about him... We're all going thought it. Everybody loved him... I spent more time with him than I have with anyone in my family in the last three or four years... We're a family."

Overstreet also admitted he felt sad his friend wasn't able to see him perform his show, adding, "If he's out there watching, I would want him to look down and give me a high five."
