
Actor Emile Hirsch is set to tackle the role made famous by Warren Beatty: A new TV miniseries about notorious bank-robbing couple Bonnie And Clyde is in the works.
The "Into the Wild" star will play charismatic Clyde Barrow opposite "The Borgias" actress Holliday Grainger, who has replaced Miley Cyrus as Bonnie Parker in the project.

William Hurt will portray a Texas Ranger on the hunt for the pair, while his old "Broadcast News" co-star Holly Hunter has been cast as Parker's mother, Emma.
Oscars producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron are the brains behind the four-part show, which will air on the Lifetime and History networks.
Faye Dunaway played Beatty's leading lady in the Oscar-nominated movie "Bonnie and Clyde" in 1967.
