Network chiefs have not yet announced who will be replacing Osbourne on the panel, which also featured Howie Mandel and Howard Stern in 2012, but O'Donnell has revealed she is in the running. She previously told The Huffington Post that "if offered the position she would definitely consider it." Now she tells The New York Observer, "I am very interested in doing 'America's Got Talent' with Howard Stern and I am talking to them. Let's see how that works."
