50 Cent is developing a new TV drama about a nightclub owner.
The rapper will serve as an executive producer on "Power," an hour-long show in the works for Starz. "The Good Wife" co-producer Courtney Kemp Agboh has been hired to write the script, and 50 Cent is confident she is the right woman for the job.

In posts on his Twitter page, he writes, "I have a television show that got picked up ... Courtney Kemp is the bomb. She is a Emmy nominated writer for CBS drama The Good Wife ... she is writing the show. Courtney Kemp is not human, she works like me, unbelievably hard. I'm gonna have a big show on the Starz net man."
According to Variety.com, the series will follow a nightclub owner who treads a fine line between running a legitimate business and dealing with criminal activity.
