"Welcome Back, Kotter" was an edgy sitcom that ran from 1975 to 1979. The cast will receive the 35th Anniversary award.

The show centered around an inner-city high school teacher, Mr. Kotter (Gabe Kaplan), who returns to his alma mater to teach a group of underachievers, the Sweathogs (Travolta, Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs, Ron Palillo and Robert Hegyes), who are much like he was in high school.

Other honorees that night include Regis Philbin (Legend Award), "Family Ties" (Fan Favorite Award) and "The Cosby Show" (Impact Award).

The show will air on Sunday, April 17, on TV Land.
