ET confirms that actor Mel Gibson and girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva have welcomed a baby girl.

Baby Lucia was born on Friday, October 30 at a Los Angeles hospital.

Gibson has seven children from his marriage to estranged wife Robyn. Gibson announced Grigorieva's pregnancy on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," saying, "This is true, we're going to have a child," Gibson tells the talk-show-host. "I guess I'm Octo-Mel now."
