Big Brother 9: 'Til Death Do You Part - Jen's Take

Here we are day 49 in the Big Brother House, which also happens to be a live show, which means an eviction and a Head of Household competition! Fun! So we start the episode with the Power of Veto ceremony and the houseguest reactions. Sharon being very confident of staying and James consoling Chelsia.

How fun they get to color eggs, this would have been a perfect week for the bunny suits, don't you think? Anyways out of nowhere Chelsia takes one of the colored eggs and just throws it on the ground, and then claims that it was fun! She then smashes all of the eggs that Natalie and the rest of the houseguest had made, and while doing so starts to talk to herself. Everyone just kind of ignores her. Adam and Ryan watch her on the HOH TV and make fun of her, well she said she wanted to go out with a bang. James even asks her if she wants to go to bed, and she says "don't look at me like I'm crazy."

It's live show night, which also means it's time for Julie to make fun of the houseguests, she starts with Adam on the topic of baby food, at which Adam (AKA Baller) says he didn't put it on any questionnaires and that it will ruin his street credit. LOL. Julie then moves onto Sheila were she asks her about liking Dick, Sheila says that after living in the house for so many days, she now is attracted to Dick, I guess being locked in with the same people for too long can make you go crazy and make you fall for almost anyone, geez Sheila pull it together. Julie's next victim, Natalie, she first starts out nice with how well she has recovered from Matt's eviction, but quickly teases her about the letter counting, asking how many letters are in Matt's last name? Eight of course just like everything else in Natalie world, but you have to like her, she is one of the few houseguests left that isn't cruel.

I am now laughing too much to type. The "Baller" montage is too funny; it is basically just him being a "big baller." I think you have to see it to appreciate the humor. Anyhow, they then have the light hearted music along with his family talking about how good hearted he is. I don't think anyone was really confused about this before, I have always seen that he is a big sweet teddy bear, he's just goofy on top of it, and that is more fun to talk about. Julie then talks to Adam in the HOH room, all of his answers were funny and real, I think that Adam is better when he is talking to Julie versus the diary room, I really think he came across a lot differently.

Sharon and Chelsia then give their vote for me to stay speeches. Sharon speech is about 10 words, because she knows she is staying. Chelsia on the other hand gives a loud rant that she maybe should have practiced in a mirror before saying. She even includes that she is leaving with her dignity, which I find a bit odd considering her actions for the past month and a half, but whatever.
