Big Brother 9: 'Til Death Do You Part - Jen's Take
Sheila's paranoia gets the best of her and another Power of
Veto
By Jen Johnson
Special to MSN TV
Here we are at day 36,
where we start with the end of the nomination ceremony. Matt and Natalie have a
conversation in the storage room and Matt finally admits, to Natalie's face and
in the diary room, that Natalie is a stand up girl and that he will do anything
for her. Sheila and Ryan both seem pretty confident that if the nominations stay
the same they will be safe. Either way they lose one of the people on "their"
side of the house, so sucks for them. Sheila and Ryan have a conversation about
how much it sucks that James is back in the house, Sheila says they need a
miracle. I would agree.
Bible Buddies are back, they all look so
cute with their pink and floral covered bibles. Matt decides he wants to find
the "Arc of the Covenant" a large gold covered box that contains the Ten
Commandments, LOL what happened to Matt?
Sheila apologizes to Adam
for being mean to him, obviously for his vote or else it wouldn't take her over
36 days to do it.

This episode James caught the detective bug from Joshua and
wants to find out who the third vote against him was. He has it narrowed down to
Adam and Matt, as well. Natalie makes sure to add to the case by telling Sharon
the reasons why it was Adam that did the third vote. Man, she will do anything
for Matty.
Moving on to the POV, well the "P", "O", "V" blocks in
the hamster cage, Joshua first discovers them and then everyone starts to think
that they need to memorize the hamster cage. I really don't think they do, Big
Brother just likes to make people nervous. Sheila tells Natalie that she needs
to take her off the block if she wins POV. Oh please Sheila, how many people
does she have to take care of in this game, herself, Matty, and now you? Oh and
now you are crying, boo hoo Sheila. Sheila goes to bed and the rest of the crew
talks smack about her in the backyard. Everyone then decides to pretend that
there is a POV competition going on in the backyard. They enter Sheila's room
and yell to wake her up telling her that the competition is about to start.
Sheila wakes up and goes to the backyard, only to find out they were all just
messing with her.
Ok so now moving on to the "real" POV, which was
played by Sheila, James, Ryan, Joshua, Matt, and Adam. So at a first glance it
looks like a giant hamster cage, and you are thinking what are they going to do?
Race around like hamsters, re-create the hamster cage? Nope they have to move a
couple hundred blocks from one side of the "cage" to a cylinder tube on the
other side, the hard part is that they have to walk on a balance beam, and if
they fall off or drop a block they are out! They interview James in the diary
room where he states that he wants to win the POV so that no one else has
control of this game. Of course they do the interviews "after" the competition
so he already knew he had won, so of course he would be that sure of himself.
