You might not want to live with them, but they sure are fun to watch

Jeff Lewis, "Flipping Out"

The best real estate show that isn't at all about real estate, "Flipping Out," which starts a new season on Wednesday, July 6, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo, is compulsively watchable because of the quirks of its signature star, Jeff Lewis, an obsessive-compulsive perfectionist who manages to make his shortcomings seem cute and his irritations endearing. He's turned lecturing his employees into a pastime and seems to enjoy the difficulty his quirks inflict upon those around him. Take, for example, his famous fast-food drink order of a few seasons ago: "Ideally, 70 percent lemonade, 20 percent punch, 10 percent Sprite. If they don't have fruit punch, do like 85 percent lemonade and 15 percent Sprite. If they don't have lemonade, do 85 percent punch and 15 percent Sprite ... or 7UP." You might not want to work for him, but he sure is fun to watch on TV. As are the 10 celebrities who follow in our list, all of whom have appeared on reality TV, most of them over and over again, and all of them quirky and lovable.
