According to TMZ, the 25-year-old singer was charged with crimes in 2011 and allegedly provided false information to the police. He also reportedly has a handful of outstanding warrants for his arrest.

Neither "American Idol" nor FOX has officially confirmed Jermaine's disqualification, but an announcement is expected to be made during the live broadcast tomorrow night.
