On Gordon Ramsay's new FOX series, "Hotel Hell," his fourth for the network, the world-renowned chef and reality TV star will combine what he's learned from running restaurants in world-class hotels with what he's learned turning failing restaurants around on "Kitchen Nightmares." It's a routine Ramsay knows well, and one that FOX hopes viewers will respond to. After all, the makeover show has become a tried-and-true TV genre, and one that Ramsay has helped to define. But he wasn't alone. Here's a look at some of the best shows the genre has to offer.
