Dexter is a nice guy. He's a devoted father. He's even got a good sense of humor. But he's also a serial killer, and although "Dexter" has its funny and whimsical moments, the show is basically a skin-crawling thriller.
"Dexter" is drawing to a close, and soon America's favorite homicidal maniac will put away his knife collection for good. But it's hard to say how the story will end, partly because the show is jam-packed with plot twists, large and small. Every episode has its share of surprises, but the real shockers have been unforgettable -- moments so raw and unanticipated that they left us breathless.
