'Pretty Woman' get-up pushes the Parents Television Council too far

If you ever wondered what it would take for the Parents Television Council to go after TLC's "Toddlers & Tiaras," here's your answer: A 3-year-old named Paisley dressed up as Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman," the streetwalker scenes.

"We have a serious problem when The Learning Channel features a toddler, who probably hasn't even learned to read, dressed as a prostitute showing off her sexy strut," the PTC tells TMZ. "There's no question, TV executives are complicit in robbing these small kids of their childhood."

Or, some could argue, the parents are. However, Paisley's mom, Wendy Dickey, has a different take on things.

She tells TMZ that the outfit is "less revealing than gymnastics wear and swimsuits" and that Paisley does transform into the "classy" Julia Roberts as well but that TLC chose to edit that part out.

"I take my kid to church every week," Dickey says. "At least I'm not forcing them into sports and getting my child injured, like some parents."
