Adam Hicks of 'Lemonade Mouth' and the cast talk
about show's new addition
(...Story Continued from Previous Page)
She's learned to let
her inner dork out. Kelsey has no dignity left -- mostly because Mikayla's an
absolutely horrible dancer, and you'll see a lot of that!
How will Boz's arrival affect royal advisors Mikayla and
Mason?
Geno Segers: Mason's job is not going to be any easier. He finds a great deal
of frustration just being in the presence of these two. Mason was wrong about
Boomer and Brady, so he's trying to make these guys the Kings of Legends and
salvage his dignity.
Kelsey Chow: Mikayla is very much needed to keep the boys on track. At the
same time, because they spend so much time together, with her cleaning up their
messes, they've become good friends this season.
Geno Segers: Mikayla's growing up and Mason's starting to respect that. He's
still protective, but there's no immediate threat, in terms of romance, now that
Boomer's gone. King Boz is not interested in her at all!
Adam Hicks: Boz supposedly had a girlfriend who looks exactly like Mikayla
and that girl broke his heart, so he hates Mikayla.
Kelsey Chow: Hayley Hasselhoff ("Huge") plays Boz's ex-girlfriend, who
is nothing like Mikayla [when we meet her]. Boz is crazy! [Laughs] He gives
Mikayla a lot of attitude. It's a cool love-hate dynamic. I was happy when the
writers told me about that. I didn't want Boz to do the same thing as Boomer.
But hopefully Mikayla will get a little lovin' eventually! She is so tough, yet
dorky. It would be interesting to see her fall in love and get gushy.
Geno Segers: Everyone has been asking about BraKayla, so I think we should
give the people what they want. We should bring Brady back in the last episode
to create a fourth season with all the brothers. Woo! Can you imagine?
How will the rest of the island react to the new regime?
Adam Hicks: Boz loves the island, but at first it's a little awkward. People
are still finding out what's going to come of this new character. Now, we've
been through crazy adventures. We've had Pitricia (Casey Wilson), this girl with
armpit hair who throws her long hair down; huge mountain yetis; crazy witches
and [a mythical creature played by Mike "The Miz" Mizanin]. We're into Episode
13, so people have accepted Boz. They have to. Doc Shaw: Lanny doesn't! He's
up to his old tricks.
Ryan Ochoa (Lanny): When Lanny finds
out King Brady's gone, he comes sliding out into the room, super-psyched. "One
down, one to go!" The next scene, King Boz comes. That probably makes it even
worse, but there's a funny twist. This season, the kings find out Lanny dislikes
them. They think it's about something else, though, so they give Lanny his own
island that he calls Lanada.
Will this gift appease Lanny?
Ryan Ochoa: Yes, actually. He'll try to improve Lanada as much as he can, but
everything goes wrong. And Lanny's Lanny. It's not as crazy, but he's still
trying to take over. He's always going to pop up and cause trouble. We're going
to give the viewers what they want.
