Say the name Gordon Ramsay to the average person and they will picture the celebrity chef yelling and swearing at contestants and restaurateurs on any one of his shows -- "MasterChef" or "Kitchen Nightmares," for instance. But there is more to Ramsay than his mercurial temper and sharp tongue.

Ramsay, 44, is also a devoted husband and father of four who prides himself on spending quality time with his family and cooking for his kids. Although French, Italian and British cuisines are the Scot's specialty, he loves whipping up simple breakfasts for his brood -- ranging in age from 9 to 13 -- including porridge with a dollop of prune puree and perfect scrambled eggs, he once told reporters.

Just in time for the ninth-season premiere of his show "Hell's Kitchen," on July 18 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on FOX, we are saluting Ramsay and other celebrity chef dads who not only bring home the bacon, but wrap it around water chestnuts and serve it with skill and pride.
