"The Nanny"

Before there was a super one ... well, there was Fran Drescher. Created by Drescher, the show holds the distinction (thus far on this list) of cracking the top 20 at least once. She played a Jewish Queens native who just so happens to wind up becoming a nanny for some upper-crust New York folks, like "Mr. Belvedere" on acid. Is that redundant?
