Running down the 13 most sizzling TV Lone Stars

Contrary to popular belief, not all actors are born either under the
Hollywood sign or somewhere on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Nor are all young,
budding celebrities raised in the swamps of Florida, paying their dues on the
Disney Channel or part of theme-park musical ensembles. As it happens, the
vast, arid expanse of Southwestern kingpin state Texas has birthed dozens of our
favorite current small-screen talents.
This fact might have occurred to producers of Bravo's new reality series,
"Most Eligible Dallas,"
which premieres Monday, Aug. 15, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo and follows
the lives of magnetic socialites in the Big D. In the meantime, we decided to
round up 13 of our picks for Texas' most up-and-coming, iconic and outright
hottest TV stars, just to give the "Most Eligible Dallas" cast members a sense
of what they're up against.
