MSN TV: Your character, Philip, has done some terrible things over the years. Do you consider him a bad guy?

Jay Kenneth Johnson: He is good. He is bad. He wants to be good, but the life he's been born into is a catalyst for bad. It's the nature of the business he's in.

Does... more he see Stephanie as the key to finding more of the good in himself?

She makes him feel like a better person, and like he can be a better person. He likes that optimism.

What about the fans who are still rooting for him and Melanie?

I think they're going to see more of that. There's definitely going to be some shake-ups this summer. We're going to mess around with some different combinations and see what happens. It should be pretty interesting.
