No way can Don Knotts come in lower than the top two in this list.  He set the bar for all of the actors in this list when it comes to being the second banana!

Missed my personal favorite -- David Hyde Pierce as Niles Crane to Kelsey Grammer's Frasier Crane.  His timing, his facial expressions, his consistent performance week after week.  I miss watching him.  OK, now I have to "Bing" and see what he's up to.
